Beaver Dam pepper is named after a Beaver dam in Wisconsin. Brought here from hungaria by a guy named Joe Hussli.
This pepper grows around a foot long and is very wide. Thick-walled, very juicy with very low heat. Perfect for stuffing. I enjoy this pepper mostly on salads and snacking.
