This is the number one pepper that has more names than I have ever heard of for pepper. Bishop hat, Bishop crown, ubatuba, joker's hat and the list goes on.
The pepper plant grows around five foot tall very thin and might need staked. The pepper ripens red and has a nice sweet crisp flavor. It's truly a mild pepper. These are perfect as a snack Pepper or in salads.
