This pepper plant grows into a very leafy Black Bush. It grows a couple feet tall. When the peppers are unripe there a greenish and quickly turn to black. Black is the unriped color. When it's black it's very bitter and has a small sting of heat. When they ripe a radiant dark red they will actually get a nice fruity flavor with a small bitterness. And the burn is a lower hot sting.
Developed by Arboretum Floral and Nursery Plants. And this is classified as an ornamental but all ornamentals are edible. As long as not grown with anything that is toxic.
