
This pepper is very sweet thick-walled and juicy. Originates from Italy and used in many of their dishes. I love to incorporate this pepper as a stuffing pepper and bake it with many different items. My go-to favorite is crab meat and cheese with sometimes a little bit of rice.
This pepper ripens a yellowish Orange if left on long enough a little bit darker Orange.
