This pepper that is called the mariachi pepper is thick yellow yellow to rose red to a nice red when ripe. The pepper has a has a solid hot heat level but under a jalapeno. This is the 1st year I grew these here in 2021 and I did not know what to expect. I'm very surprised and very happy with these a high yield great flavor nice heat. When I 1st spit in the one it gave me a rush of flavors and heat that made me want to strum a guitar like I'm in a Mariachi band.
