This extremely sweet candy like pepper is a cross that the Chile institute also known as the university of New Mexico did. The cross is Permagreen bell X Early Jalapeno. These are early producers that produced throughout the entire summer. This is about half the size of a standard jalapeno.
The plants that I have grown drop to about 2 ft tall, massive producers. Goes from green to Orange on their ripening scale. Most jalapenos ripen read this one is one of the very few that do not.
The heat level is a little bit less than a mid hot. From a personal viewpoint it would be half the heat of a standard jalapeno.
