Chili seeds were sent in the outer space into 0 gravity. This was to help enlarge the peppers which worked like a charm. This also helps with more food produced.
As far as I know there is about 10 varieties for peppers and for peppers and 400 varieties of vegetables sent into space.
Just today in July of 2021 I heard of Nasa possibly sending seeds into space. In the near future.
These peppers grow close to a foot long There are thin walled but they are very wide. Is medium spiciness with a really nice fruity flavor.
